Refund Policy

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Please do not send your item back without first receiving a return authorization number.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5-10] business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed.
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

3. Exchanges

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
